Love this place!! A wonderful family run restaurant with a great atmosphere. Boulder can feel overrun with chains and Nopalito’s brings that homey local feel back. Great food. Best margaritas! I will always be a regular here and encourage anyone who wants some great eats to come on by!

Nopalitos is great if you havnt discovered this place yet. Their food is excellent and authentic. I tend to make get my first impression of a Mexican restaurant from their chips and salsa and they do not disappoint. The chips are the perfect thickness and their spicy salsa and flavorful with a kick. Today I tried their happy hour for the first time. They have bogo margaritas with homemade margarita mix which was super tasty. Give this place a try. It’s excellent
My wife and I love the restaurant, and we had them cater our wedding in Summit County. They did an amazing job and we got tons of compliments from our guests. Milton was communicative and helpful throughout our planning process and served great food day of!
Perfect little spot to grab some tacos and enjoy the view of the front range from their patio (where we were allowed to have our dog!). They have fast and friendly service and everyone works together to get your order just right. Try the house salsa! It's the perfect spice level.
They have compost, trash, and recycling bins when you're all done- I like their commitment to sustainability! The line style ordering is easy and care free.
